1. Heart rate variability indices

This card shows the ECG recording (electrocardiogram of the heart) and the variability of the time intervals between heartbeats in the form of a rhythmogram. The rhythmogram expresses changes (fluctuations) in the heart rate as a result of the influence of the functioning of the body's regulatory systems. It visually determines the degree and depth of this effect on the heart rate, and thus it is possible to assess the quality of the functioning of other systems of the human body. Furthermore, the average heart rate per minute, the number of heart beats are displayed here, and we can now start and save controlled breathing (BFB) to the disk for the client. It is also possible to measure the long-term variability of the heart and monitor the reactions and changes of the body (heart) to various subjects, e.g. breath, meditation, positive or negative information, a test of the suitability of supplements, herbs, etc.

2. Voltage regulation systems

On this new card is the stress index (Baevsky's stress index), which indicates the tension of the cardiovascular system. It is the most well-known and often used comprehensive indicator of HRV and one of the leading parameters of sympathetic nervous system analysis. High values of the stress index indicate low heart rate variability, increased sympathetic activation and high body stress. The most common reaction of the body to the effects of stress and stress hormones is inflammation and oxidative stress, which is why there is also an index of inflammation and the stress hormone cortisol. Furthermore, Self-healing potential (the ability to regenerate and restore the organism), where the ANS balance index (sympathetic and parasympathetic balance), vital force and CNS - ANS centralization index are displayed.

3. Regulation of the ANS

The Histogram of R-R intervals (geometric indicator of HRV) is displayed on this card. The more the histogram in the center (green color) has the shape of a triangle with a wide base, the more balanced and powerful the autonomic nervous system (ANS) is, and the better the body copes with stress and other daily stresses. The PAPR index is an indicator of the organism's adaptation reserves. It can also be used in athletes as an index of the occurrence of symptoms of overtraining. Furthermore, the Scatterogram of R-R intervals (a non-linear indicator of HRV) or the Poincaré graph, which indicates the density, dispersion and distribution of heart rhythms. Its advantage is the ability to obtain beat-to-beat HRV information at different baseline heart rate values. This dot chart consists of points forming a "cloud", where each point corresponds to one heartbeat.

4. Regulation of ANS 2

This card shows the Spectrogram - heart rate in the form of a graph and a diagram, as an important indicator of sympathetic and parasympathetic balance. For a visual evaluation of the functional state of the client according to the spectrogram, a circular diagram is displayed consisting of three sectors for different frequency components of the heart (HF high fr. 0.15-0.5 Hz, LF low fr. 0.05-0.15 Hz, VLF very low fr. 0.01-0.05 Hz). These frequencies represent a graphic representation of the balance between the sympathetic (red, partly also yellow) and parasympathetic (green, partly yellow) nervous systems. The total spectral power index reflects the action of both the sympathetic and parasympathetic parts of the autonomic nervous system. The more this index decreases, the more active the sympathetic system and stress in the organism.

5. Neuro-hormonal regulation

The index of neurohormonal regulation characterizes the efficiency of the work of the endocrine system and determines how optimally the organism uses its energy and physiological resources. The system of neurohormonal regulation is responsible for the stability of the internal environment and adaptation of the organism to changing conditions of existence. The energy (metabolic) pyramid characterizes the total volume of the organism's physiological resources and the balance between the cycles of drawing these resources and their renewal in the current rhythm of life. The relationship between the left and right parts of the "pyramid" characterizes the dynamics of anabolic (blue) and catabolic (red) processes taking place in the organism. The area of the blue part of the pyramid is proportional to the time of resource renewal and the area of the red part to the time of drawing resources. The small area of the entire pyramid signals the exhaustion of the body's physiological resources.

6. Psycho-emotional state

This card shows the psycho-emotional state index, which mainly characterizes the state of our emotions and thoughts, which can disturb our internal balance and deepen stress and tension in the body. The spectrum of nervous system rhythms shows the distribution of different states of the nervous system during ECG analysis. This electrical activity map represents a set of two-dimensional distributions of central nervous system (CNS) rhythms in functional brain regions and characterizes the integrated CNS activity in these regions. The normal state corresponds to an even distribution of rhythms in the entire frequency band. An increased predominance of the red color rhythm is an indicator of a state of overwork, illness, fatigue, nervous overload or stress. Curve maps are not analogous to electroencephalogram mapping and cannot be used to diagnose big brain pathologies!

7. Analysis of biorhythms of body systems

The degree of harmonization of biorhythms characterizes the interplay of the body's regulatory systems, indicates the quality of the organism's adaptive abilities to changing conditions, and also serves as an information indicator of the state of harmonization of the physiological rhythms of the axis of the entire neuro-endocrine-immune system. Furthermore, there is a forecast of the functional state of the organism and its adaptation for 10 days ahead with an indicator of consumption and intake of life resources and energy.

8. Calendar Vs. biological age

This card shows a gerontological curve that graphically describes the relationship between the rate of accumulation of life resources and the rate of their consumption in humans - the difference between calendar and biological age. Biological age corresponds to the actual functional potential and performance of a person. It reflects not only its relationship between the rate of energy intake and expenditure, but also a psychophysiological indicator of adaptation and flexibility of the organism in the sense of maintaining a stable internal environment.

9. Comprehensive analysis

On this card, indices of the client's functional state are displayed, which are the quintessence of all previous indicators and are a symbolic mathematical representation of the client's overall functional state. This analysis helps to assess the overall quality of the body's physiological processes and the level of their balance. Furthermore, a comprehensive health (condition) index of the client. The index also indicates the average HRV values of the given age group of the measured client and compares them with his current condition, thereby calculating the gerontological curve.

 10. Dynamics of functional status indicators

This tab displays an overview of all previous HRV records and Circadian rhythm - daily forecast of biorhythms for 24 hours. New research and studies show that biorhythms are a kind of harmonizing whole that communicates and synchronizes individual organs and organ systems in the human body. The curve therefore tells us to what extent the client's biorhythms are in balance, or where they deviate during the day. The ideal is when the curve rises in the morning, stays at the same level during the day and falls in the evening.

11. PFK and functional breathing

This new card shows psychophysiological coherence (heart-brain coherence) and functional breathing.

12. Vagus nerve

This new card shows the tone of the vagus nerve, i.e. the activity of the parasympathetic (relaxation response of the body).

13. Functional state of the spine

This new card shows an overview of the functional state of the spine and its connection with the organs of the whole body.
