1.1 You grant this consent to ZAPPERstore.com, ALTERNATIVNÍ MEDICÍNA s.r.o. (with its registered office at Na Petřinách 1945/55, 162 00, Praha 6, ID: 04680651, registered in the Public Register kept at the Municipal Court in Prague) in accordance with Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on the Protection of Personal Data, the Personal Data Protection Act, the GDPR, and the related legal regulations processed the following personal data: e-mail, name, surname, phone number, shipping and billing address and when you sign-up to our newsletter, birthday.
1.2 We process these data so that we can send you up-to-date information about the project “ZAPPER STORE.com” and “www.zapperstore.com” website and process it for the duration of the ALTERNATIVNÍ MEDICÍNA s.r.o., but for a maximum of 10 years.

We collect information about you during the checkout process on our store.
2. What we collect and store
While you visit our site, we’ll track:
- Products you’ve viewed: we’ll use this to, for example, show you products you’ve recently viewed
- Location, IP address and browser type: we’ll use this for purposes like estimating taxes and shipping
- Shipping address: we’ll ask you to enter this so we can, for instance, estimate shipping before you place an order, and send you the order!

Members of our team have access to the information you provide us. For example, both Administrators and Shop Managers can access:
- Order information like what was purchased, when it was purchased and where it should be sent, and
- Customer information like your name, email address, and billing and shipping information.
Our team members have access to this information to help fulfill orders, process refunds and support you.
2.2 What we share with others
We share information with third parties who help us provide our orders and store services to you; for example: FedEx, UPS, DHL, GLS.
We accept payments through PayPall and ShoptetPay or a direct bank transfer. When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to ShoptetPay or your bank, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information.
